  First, you have to go to the Blogger website. Second, you have to enter your Gmail account or, if you don't have one, create it. Third, once inside to start a new blog, click on the button on the left that says 'New Blog'.      Next, you will enter a tab where it indicates 'Title', 'Address', and 'Design' which you have to choose. Finally, click on the tab at the bottom right that says 'Create Blog' and it will be added to the list of blogs. To re-enter, you just need to click on the title. Fourth, to start editing, you have to click on the pencil icon at the top left and you can create a post. Once in the post window, start by writing the title and then the message you want, being able to change the format, insert images, links... Lastly, click on "Save" and it will be published on the web, and a preview will open in a new tab to show how the blog looks. This is how you create a blog.
